These Everlast Hex Weight will help bring variety to your work out. These weights are more joint friendly than other forms of exercise, this is due to their being a more natural movement on your shoulder and elbow, your hands are not fixed in place so you are able to turn/rotate them as you press.
If you have limited space and equipment these are great for home use, also the hexagonal shape means when placing your weight down during exercises this does not roll away. These are sold as single Hex Weights but are also available as Sets
